Carbon Legacy are experts in designing and installing low and zero carbon energy systems in any type of building. We also provide advice on energy strategies in domestic and commercial buildings to save energy and reduce your running costs.
Carbon Legacy is based near Loughborough however we are fully prepared to travel nationwide for larger installations.
We use only the best quality equipment for our installations, including tried and tested German kit from Solar World & SMA for our solar PV installations. For these long term investments we have found that many of our customers want high-quality equipment that is guaranteed to perform for the length of the Feed in Tariff and beyond, hence our choice of manufacturers. Panels and inverters from these companies have consistently scored highly in independent tests and have been a very popular choice with our recent customers.
We also use other manufacturers for our heat pumps and solar hot water systems, including Sanyo and Sunnpro.

Solar PV panels, unlike other investments in your property, can offer you a financial return. PV installations have recently become more appealing due to the introduction of the Government’s Feed in Tariff which offers owners a 25 year non-taxable annual income which increases year on year by the rate of inflation. Under the Tariff you get paid for both generating and exporting the electricity; 21p/kWh for generation and 3.1p/kWh for export.
